Iris by Lowe's was a mobile-first smart home platform. As head of content strategy, I was responsible for managing content structure and development for hundreds of messages across mobile, web and email. The app manages the integration of 100+ unique devices, provides detailed information about the state of users' homes, and underwent monthly updates consisting of new product integrations and enhanced features.
 
I also participated in marketing, branding, and product and feature development.
